ComparEuro (hereafter "the Service") is an independent price comparison tool that lets users view and compare the price of the same product across different European Amazon marketplaces (Amazon.fr, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.it, Amazon.nl).
ComparEuro is not an online store. It does not sell any products and does not collect any payment. Purchases are made directly on the relevant Amazon platforms.
2. Access to the service
Access to the Service is free and open to any user with Internet access. No sign-up is required to view price comparisons.
ComparEuro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without notice, in particular for maintenance or technical development reasons.
3. Accuracy of information
Prices shown on ComparEuro are provided for informational purposes only. They come from the official Amazon API (Amazon Product Advertising API) and are updated regularly, but may not reflect the exact price at the time of your purchase due to:
- real-time price fluctuations on Amazon,
- shipping cost variations depending on your address,
- one-off promotions not captured,
- API update delays.
ComparEuro disclaims all liability for any purchasing decision made based on the information displayed.
4. Affiliate links
ComparEuro participates in the Amazon Europe Associates Program. Links to Amazon on the Service are affiliate links: if you make a purchase within 24 hours of clicking one of these links, ComparEuro earns a commission from Amazon.
This commission is paid by Amazon and results in no extra cost to you. The price you pay on Amazon is identical, whether or not there is an affiliate link.

5. Intellectual property
All content of the Service (source code, design, text, logo, animations) is the exclusive property of ComparEuro and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

ComparEuro does not collect identifiable personal data without your explicit consent. Anonymous usage data may be collected via analytics tools (Vercel Analytics) to improve the Service.
